Our Commitment to Data Rights

In compliance with Meta Platform Data Deletion Requirements, GDPR, and applicable data privacy regulations, Weconnext provides clear and accessible options for users to delete their account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1

Self-Service Account & Data Deletion via Dashboard

If you have an active account, you can initiate instant account deletion directly within the Weconnext portal:

  1. Log in to your Weconnext Account at www.weconnext.in.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll to the Delete Account & Data section.
  4. Click "Request Account Deletion" and confirm your decision. Your request will be queued immediately for permanent purge.
Option 2

Email Request for Data Erasure

If you cannot log in or prefer to submit a manual deletion request, you can send an email to our Data Protection team:

Send email to: support@weconnext.in

Subject line: User Data Deletion Request

Include: Your registered account email address, business name, and phone number associated with the account.

Our support team will process your request and send confirmation within 48 hours.

Option 3

Meta / Facebook App Data Deletion Callback

If you connected your Facebook / Meta account to Weconnext for WhatsApp Business API integration and removed the app via your Meta Apps settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
  2. Select Weconnext and click Remove.
  3. Click View Removed Apps and Websites and click Send Request next to Weconnext.
  4. Meta will notify our webhook and generate a confirmation code and status track link for your data deletion request.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon completion of the data deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our active databases:

Deleted Information
  • Account profile details (Name, Email, Password hashes)
  • WhatsApp API access tokens and WABA configuration
  • Contact lists, lead tags, and customer phone numbers
  • Chat message histories and media attachments stored on our server
  • Automation flows, bot templates, and broadcast logs
Retention Period & Legal Exceptions
  • Deletion is executed across active systems within 30 calendar days.
  • Financial billing records and tax invoices are retained as required by tax laws.
  • Backups are purged automatically in accordance with our 30-day rotation schedule.
