1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weconnext ("Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"), provided via www.weconnext.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Service Description

Weconnext provides a WhatsApp CRM, marketing automation, multi-agent chat inbox, and API integration platform enabling businesses to manage customer communications, automate workflows, and send notifications.

Our services utilize Meta’s WhatsApp Business API. You acknowledge and agree that your use of WhatsApp services through Weconnext is also governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms, Commerce Policies, and Technical Directives.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must obtain prior opt-in consent from end-users before sending them promotional or transactional messages via WhatsApp using Weconnext.
• You are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk messages (Spam), fraudulent content, malware, or prohibited goods/services.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Weconnext operates on a subscription billing model (monthly or annual). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Meta WhatsApp conversation charges (if applicable) are billed separately or passed through according to Meta's pricing schedule.

5. Prohibited Uses & Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms, Meta's policies, or engage in unlawful or abusive messaging behaviors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weconnext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the platform.
